March Tubic or Early Reveller Diurnea fagella A micro moth species from the family of Chimabachidae. The moth has a wingspan of 19-29 mm. The females have much shorter, stunted wings than the males and are rarely seen as they do not fly. The moths' Habitat is often in well-wooded areas. This is an early spring species, occurring from March to May. The species’ life history is Larval feed on various deciduous trees. It is widespread over much of the UK. This species is classified as common in the UK.
