We are very proud of our facilities at The Grange. We think you would have to search VERY hard to find comparable facilities on a small family-run site.
Former keen tourers ourselves, we know what we would have made our stay more enjoyable, and don't see why our guests should expect any less.
Just had a lovely weekend at The Grange, site really well kept, fishing lake was brilliant, showers were immaculate, best we have seen, will definitely return again, thanks.

Pat & Steve are a very friendly & helpful couple. The site is ideal for a relaxing holiday or in easy reach of forest walks. The shower rooms are first class and very good access for the disabled. We look forward to our next stay with them.

As a family we use Caravan Club main sites all the time due to their fantastic facilities. The Grange CL delivers on this criteria. It also provides a hospitable and friendly atmosphere and the kids love the fishing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful break and still have the facilities only normally found on main sites.

Just to say a big thank you for our stay last week.
We really enjoyed our time with you, the site is the loveliest we have visited.
Many thanks for making our holiday special.

All pitches are well spaced in a levelled and landscaped area, and benefit from electric hook-ups. Mains water and chemical disposal facilities are available from a central point.
The Grange CL is almost as well known for the nature conservation work we carry out in our wildlife meadow adjacent to the pitches as it is for the warm welcome you receive.
Toilets and a showers to a standard that is rarely found on a caravan site are available for the use of our guests at a minimal charge.
Our well-stocked and managed carp lake is a haven for the keen angler. It's also a great place to just chill out and leave the cares of the work-a-day world far behind.
All facilities are close at hand. The office and toilets, showers block are housed in the same building, adjacent to the pitches.
The office contains a wealth of information about the local area, with many ideas for great days out.

We are justifiably proud of our purpose-built showers and toilets. With the ladies toilet and shower room also suitably fitted out for disabled vistors, we think you will be very pleasantly surprised at the quality of finish and cleanliness.
We wouldn't want to use dirty showers or toilets in an untiled concrete shed, and don't see any reason why our guests should be expected to accept lower standards than us.
For a modest daily fee you can shower in comfort. Living on site, we are ideally placed to ensure that these shower rooms are always clean and ready for our valued visitors.

Somewhat nicer than a bucket with holes in the bottom!

Great for walking the dog (or just yourself), there is always something to see as you wander through this tranquil setting.
This also makes makes a beautiful setting for dining al-fresco in the purpose-built picnic area, or just sit awhile and watch as the local wildlife goes about its business.
Home to the carp lake, Steve's moth traps, and an abundance of features designed to attract and home all manner of creatures.
You can find out more in our Wildlife & Nature section.
Built in 2004, the purpose built carp lake is kept well-stocked by the owners' son Dale, himself a keen fisherman. The lake has now matured into a tranquil haven from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
