Not the sort of people to leave reviews normally. But this site really is a little gem. Had an amazing 9 days, watching beautiful sunsets in the wildlife area, getting up early to peer into moth boxes and just relaxing. Fab hosts, Pat & Steve, who do their utmost to make your stay a good one. Didn't want to go home, but don't worry, we'll be back!

Just had a lovely four night stay on this gem of a CL. Pat and Steve have got it spot on. Not sure we can add to what has been said previously, just a perfect place to get away. Will certainly visit again soon.

I don't really want to leave this review as I would rather keep this site to myself.... it is so good! We will definately be nominating this site for the CL of the year award! We had a lovely week at the site and the surrounding area is lovely too with plenty to keep everyone occupied.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange, the static caravan is lovely and well appointed. The site is quiet with an excellent fishing lake. The owners are very friendly and we look forward to staying again when we next visit the area. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grange and you were both fantastic hosts. The caravan was clean and well equipped. The site is super clean and tidy. We would recommend you to anyone. we stayed for a total of 9 nights and loved every one. The nature field at the back is very pleasant to walk round and we see lots of wild life there. Thanks for a great time.

We have just returned from 2 weeks stay at your wonderful caravan site which is a credit to you both! We really enjoyed our stay and your little touches that you have done to make your site memorable were really appreciated. We have never stayed on any site with such a beautiful dog walk with the hide for anyone to sit and enjoy the wild bird life - even a book of birds seen on the site. You have really thought of everything.

The showers are the best we have ever used on a caravan site anywhere. You are such good owners caring and helpful and if we were to visit the area again would have no hesitation in booking your site and of course recommending it to anyone.

What a delightful site! We had a 6 night stay just recently and thoroughly enjoyed staying on the Grange. So much care and thought has gone into the developing, running and maintaining this lovely peaceful site. The Nature Reserve is a tranquil addition. We will most definitely return next year. We had a lovely peaceful time at this site, facilities were great (clean & tidy). The pitches are nice and big, the fishing and nature walk are lovely, and at dusk barn owl came out in front of us and flew around us, which was awesome. Pat & Steven are great hosts, the site is so peaceful & relaxing. Definitely coming back.

Have just returned from a 4 night stay and could not fault the site, The owners were extremely helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. The site was very well maintained and the facilities were first class. The fishing lake and surrounding area were quiet and tranquil ideal for an evening stroll. Will definitely be returning

Me and my wife stayed in this place for 2 nights a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely loved our stay there, even though it was such a short stay and we didn't go anywhere in particular to the local attractions, we still enjoyed our break away. The land was beautiful and open, and very well maintained. Pat and Steve were very hospitable. We enjoyed a beautiful and tranquil weekend away from all the hustle and bustle of urban East London. The caravan was a surprise, it had everything in it and so nice and compact with a kitchen, living room, heating, en-suite to main double bedroom, and smaller room and a separate shower/toilet.

There are plenty of activities and sights to see...
My only regret was that we only stayed for 2 nights and my wife complained that she wanted to stay extra nights, but we couldn't sadly because of work... I would definitely recommend this place to others especially my family and friends.

Have not long returned from our second holiday at this site, and I must say it is a lovely site run by a very nice couple Steve and Pat.We were only meant to be there one week but on not wanting to go to our second site we were allowed to stay. The fishing lake was a huge success with my husband and my daughter and her boyfriend and we will definitely be returning.

I would like to say a big thank you to Pat and Steve, our stay at The Grange CL Mobile Home was fab the site was very peaceful and they where very helpful and friendly.
The land next to the fishing pond was a very nice walk, being left to nature and wildlife but given winding footpaths made it easy to see the wildlife. We will be back to visit soon.

Just to say how much we've enjoyed our stayhere at 'The Grange' The accomadation was 1st class and very cormfortable. Also your warm welcome and for the loan of the towels. I have had a fantastic stay in your wonderful static caravan. Being a cook myself, I found the caravan to be really well equipped. A big thank you to you both, Pat and Steve, for your friendly advice and help.

We had a 5 day stay in September and wished we could have had more... The best CL site we've ever been to in 20 years of caravaning. We would Highly Recommend.

Just returned home after a great week at your site. The facilities were excellent and better than on many commercial sites, clean and warm and plenty of hot water. Lovely level and well kept pitches with bags of room. We really enjoyed ourselves. The fishing was great. We well will return. A real credit to yourselves. Thanks.

Just to thank Steve & Pat for another lovely stay at the Grange,a warm friendly welcome always greets us,their static caravan is superb,it has everything you could need for a lovely relaxing holiday,the lake and the grounds are tranquil just to stroll around and relax. The Grange has just given my husband & I the stress free relaxing week, that we had both been looking for. We only live 21 miles away, but beleive me we could have been anywhere. The fishing was so much fun, wildlife around the lake brilliant - clocked up 27 different species of birds on site including kingfisher and Common Buzzard. Thankyou Pat and Steve we will return.

As a family we use Caravan Club main sites all the time due to their fantastic facilities. The Grange CL delivers on this criteria. It also provides a hospitable and friendly atmosphere and the kids love the fishing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful break and still have the facilities only normally found on main sites.

As per normal, we had a lovely stay at the Grange ..... Pat and Steve were helpful as they normally are..... But alas, they could not provide us with good weather on our first week .....the new static is very comfortable and huge...lol. Once again thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This is peace and quiet at its best. the static caravan is very clean and has every thing you need.Pat and Steve are very good hosts.
