Streamer - Anticlea derivata. A macro moth species from the family of Geometridae sub family Larentiinae. A pretty and distinctive moth with strong brown markings and wings showing a tint of dusky pink. The moth has a wingspan of 30 to 34 mm. The moth as one generation from April to May. The moth's habitat favours woodlands, scrub, and hedgerows. The larva foodplants are leaves and flowers of Dogrose. The moth is classified nationally as a Common species of the UK.
