Bressingham Steam & Gardens 2023 Events
Visit Norfolk's unique steam attraction. On the Norfolk/Suffolk border, Bressingham Steam Museum has a timeless appeal and is somewhere all ages can enjoy together. A charity since the early 1970s, Bressingham Steam and Gardens is the home of Alan Bloom’s collection of plants and Industrial, mainly Steam powered, engineering. Open to the public since 1961, Bressingham has welcomed thousands of visitors over the years, bringing to life the magic of Steam. It is a place where Alan Bloom wanted a hands-on approach for all the family to have fun.

The Royal Norfolk Show

The Royal Norfolk Show is the largest two-day agricultural show in the country.
Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association, the Creators of the Royal Norfolk Show, are proud to put

Old Buckenham Airshow 2023:

Old Buckenham History
Old Buckenham Airfield is a former Royal Air Force Station built in 1942-1943 and used during
the Second World War by the United States for the strategic bombing campaign against Germany.
The USAAF Eighth Air Force designated Old Buckenham as USAAF Air Station 144,
and the 453rd Bombardment Group (Heavy) operated B-24 Liberators. James "Jimmy" Stewart,
the Hollywood movie star was a group operations officer at Old Buckenham during the spring of 1944.
Stewart's fellow actor Walter Matthau was also based at Old Buckenham.
Today, Old Buckenham hosts a two-day airshow each year, usually at the end of July or the beginning of August. The Old Buckenham Airshow has
a 4-hour display each day and includes several warbirds such as Spitfires, Mustangs,
and B-17S, display teams and RAF aircraft such as the Typhoon.

British Superbikes
7th - 10th July 2023
Snetterton circuit is one of the UK's finest motor racing facilities and the country’s newest circuit following a major redevelopment in 2011. The circuit blends a challenging and complex layout with fast straights to create a unique challenge - much of which can be viewed from raised spectator banks to offer some of the best viewings in Britain. The Bennetts British Superbike Championship uses the 300 circuits designed by circuit boss Jonathan Palmer. It features a thrilling mix of corners, some of which are inspired by other circuits across the globe.

Buckenham Hot Air Balloon Festival
11th - 13th August 2023
The third annual Balloon Festival will take place at Old Buckenham Country Park, near Attleborough, from Friday, August 11, until Sunday, August 13 2023.
It will feature balloon flights and stunning evening night glows.
A fun-filled weekend for everyone, full of activities from live music, street food, BBQ Grill, beer festival, children’s entertainment, ballooning equipment and memorabilia up close and much more. If the British weather allows, you will also see morning and evening hot air balloon flights taking off from our park and our stunning night glow!

The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum recognised as East Anglia’s Aviation Heritage Centre, is run entirely by volunteers,
The collection early in 2014 comprised 66 aircraft (including cockpits) and more than 30,000 smaller artefacts. 11 aircraft and 6 cockpits are displayed outdoors. Still, everything else is on view within themed buildings for the Royal Observer Corps No. 6 Group, the 446th (H) Bomb Group USAAF, RAF Bomber Command, RAF Air-Sea Rescue & Coastal Command, and local aviation from the pioneer years to the present day.
